Our stay was wonderful! Property owner is very friendly and quick to respond. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and everything was very clean. The location was wonderful and so close to the new aquarium, shopping, beaches and restaurants! Would highly recommend.

Loved it..One suggestion would be to have shelves put above each toilet for extra toiletry supplies..I have tons of stuff and had very little room for my products. Other than that..it was great!

We loved the location for walking to restaurants, quick trips to beaches, stores and a walk to the dog park. The yard nextdoor to throw the ball for our dog was an unexpected but wonderful bonus. The place was very quiet in spite of being a few blocks from 41. The neighborhood is interesting to walk around - beautiful mature trees, different collections of yard art displays, bold cats who ignored our dog, and even a yellow submarine/submersible. Home itself was spotless and well stocked with paper products, beach towels, 4 beach chairs (are showing their age), cleaning products, kitchen towels and even a vacuum so we could keep the floors sand free. The kitchen was surprisingly big though the eating table is very tight. Could use an extra blanket in the closet. We ended up using a bedspread from another bed because it dipped into the low 40's and it was chilly. The mattresses are firm. They are also very high - if you are really short it could be a challenge. We never used the fire pit even though it was cold for several days. We did sit out there to read and soak in the sun and it was very peaceful. Allen was very responsive. We loved our stay!

RENTER

WE LOVED THE PLACE AND LOCATION WAS WITHIN MINUTES OF THE BEACHES. THE ONLY THING WE WOULD SUGGEST IS MAYBE ANOTHER CHAIR IN THE LIVING ROOM AND SOMETHING IN THE 2 BEDROOM OFF THE KITCHEN TO SET LUGGAGE ON. WE ENDED UP USING THE BENCHES FROM THE TABLE. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS AWESOME.

Loved “cozy cottage”

Every year, we visit the kids’ grandmother who lives down the street in this neighborhood. The location is fantastic with easy access to her house and to route 41. The beds were comfy. The kitchen had all the amenities. Having two full bathrooms for four individuals including a teenager was a luxury for us. Allen was always respnsive and a great communicator. We’ll be back!

Cute, great location

Special shout out for Olivia the property manager. She responded to our questions quickly, efficiently and in a friendly way. The house is “old Florida” but has been nicely updated. It’s in a good location just a couple of blocks from Tamiami Trail. My friend and I played golf at 4 different courses in Venice, Nokomis, and Sarasota and got to all of them in 20 minutes or less.
