"Fantastic property - our family of 5 from the US stayed at this property and it was really perfect. Nice setting and very private after spending a few days in Rome. We enjoyed the pool and spectacular views and the house was very charming, clean and had everything we needed. Host was very helpful and made check in very easy. Highly recommend. Mike"

"Beautiful traditional family house. Amazing views. Lovely pool. I swam most days. Peaceful setting that we did not want to leave. Stayed for a month!. Giorgio and his sister were very helpful. Well stocked kitchen. We fell in love with Poggio Mirteto town. We had lovely walks, visited hill towns . Enjoyed Marmore falls and Narni in particular.. Easy access to train station in 20 minutes. Umberto on hand next door if there is a problem. Bliss...."

"Great communication with Eliano before we arrived. A lovely welcome with some fantastic local food treats and a detailed tour around the well equipped villa. The house and pool is well laid out with plenty of shade and fantastic views. The countryside is beautiful with a multitude of hilltop towns and wooded peaks. Overall great hosts and a very relaxing holiday. "

Giuseppe was very flexible with our early check-in and showed us all the features in the house. We were lucky to have sunny weather, and we enjoyed the outdoor ping pong table. "Sehr nette Gastgeberin. Ein voller Obstkorb stand zum Empfang im Kühlschrank. Super schöne Aussicht , bei klarem Wetter Sicht bis nach Rom. Lore hat dann auch noch Olivenöl und Honig organisiert. "Es war für uns ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch und ruhig, wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Haushalt ist super ausgestattet, egal ob Geschirr, Küchen- oder andere Haushaltsgeräte, es ist von allem ausreichend vorhanden. Der Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung wurde unser Lieblingsplatz. "Sehr schönes altes Haus am Ende einer kleinen Gasse am Burgberg und nur zu Fuß, per Mofa oder Lastkarren zu erreichen. Zweckmäßige aber liebevolle antike Einrichtung mit vielen schönen Möbeln und Details, wir haben nichts vermisst. Frühstück in der Bar Giuseppe war inklusive und eine schöne Überraschung.
