Best ever

I have never had a better experience at a VRBO. The pictures didn’t do the property justice…simply amazing, and perfect for me while I visited with family in Orlando. Mercedes has gone over the top with her property. I will definitely make this my go to place to stay for my future trips to Orlando!

Lovely compact apartment in Orlando

The apartment is compact with a sitting/ kitchen area, bathroom and bedroom, attached to a main house with its own separate walkway and entrance. It is well decorated and well supplied with a Keurig and supplies as well as tea. The bathroom is also well supplied with liquid soap,shampoo and conditioner. The bed is comfortable and the owner communicated with us via text to make sure all was well. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay again.

Our experience here was awesome, every need or thought of what we may have needed was considered and there were snacks provided as a courtesy. All of our questions were answered and we will definitely be returning. If you choose this location, just know that you’ll not be disappointed, words are not suitable to express our appreciation for such hospitality. I wish there was a place like this for our entire family. Mercedes went above and beyond expectation!!! Even with the bidet! Thank you so much👍😃⭐️💯

Anniversary get away

This property was absolutely perfect for my husband and I!! We wanted a nice relaxing getaway for our anniversary and Mercy’s place did not disappoint!! It was very clean and put together so nice! The neighborhood is nice and quiet! Definitely felt safe! The neighbors were also very friendly!! 10/10!! Will definitely look into staying here again if it’s just the two of us!!

Amazing Rental

More like an apartment, self contained, beautiful home, great neighborhood, fantastic location!!! Every detail was meticulously provided for by the host. Glorious,quiet, clean and so many amenities…truly felt spoiled. Really more like the Ritz Carlton of rentals, seriously. Cannot recommend this more!

Amazing property

The place was great I stayed for my sister's wedding, the space was exactly what my and my wife needed. The cleanliness was spot on house smelled fresh and clean the whole trip. The little added things like toothbrushes, shower caps and snacks were very thoughtful.

This was an amazing place to stay!! I travel to Orlando a couple of times a year for graduate school and this trip was the best one yet! The neighborhood was so safe and convenient to everywhere I needed to be. Extremely comfortable and clean! Mercedes put her heart into making this apartment look and feel luxurious. Can't wait to come back!

Loved, Loved, Loved our stay!

The property was in a nice safe area. Everything exceeded my expectations. Very clean and comfortable. With so many extra special touches that made our stay great! Mercedes is an excellent host. We stayed during Hurricane Milton and she did a excellent job of communicating with us and we never had one problem. I would highly recommend this property and will be staying here again when I’m in this area!

Perfect Couple's Getaway

My boyfriend and I traveled to Orlando for the week to visit family, attend a soccer game and just explore the city :) Mercedes' Cozy Studio was the perfect place for us! It was clean, homey and full of personal touches. I highly recommend this rental!

I absolutely loved it here!!

This adorable home was cozy and comfortable. And the shower is exquisite! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and I will definitely be staying here again when I make my next trip to Orlando!

Enjoyable stay

The place was perfect for the accommodations I needed. It was in a quiet neighborhood with a quaint feel. There were cold beverages in the fridge, coffee pods of many varieties and small snacks available which was above and beyond expectations. In addition she also had toiletries available which removed the need from packing or purchasing them. The host was very responsive to questions amd made things very easy during our stay. I highly recommend and will definitely be staying again if the opportunity permits.

Cozy Comfy

The guest house is so comfortable. Miss Mercedes was so thoughtful with providing snuggly blankets, clear instructions, everything one needs. Quality furnishings and a bed to stay in for days! She's super sweet to work with. I will be booking again!

Cozy Studio

Cozy Studio is the perfect name. The host is very detailed oriented and genuinely wants your stay to be perfect. There was everything we needed for our stay: extra towels, sheets and blankets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste paste and much more….. the refrigerator had several cans of soda and bottled water…. the kitchen area was stocked with all necessities and supplies….. the community is beautiful and Mercy’s Cozy Studio was immaculate upon our arrival…. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Florida….. Thank you for making us feel at home…..
