"Wow! what a beautiful hotel. Everything about our stay was fabulous. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was so soft and cozy. Washrooms were large with spacious shower. Staff were courteous and helpful. Outdoor patio was a favorite for dining, desserts and drinks. We had a delicious breakfast in the dining room. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is centrally located in old Montreal, is a beautiful property. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Housekeeping was thorough and incredibly prompt. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The rooftop bar had great cocktails, and food and nice views of the river. And there are also two other very good restaurants on the property, Pincette in particular."

"This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at yet. My partner I go to Old Port in Montreal every year and we absolutely loved this hotel. It was very clean. We really enjoyed how there was laundry machines one unit, as we typically stay for almost a week and it’s nice to freshen up our clothed. There is also a kitchenette and a living room. We definitely will be back and can’t recommend this place enough to others."

"Our stay was just one night before flying out. Location was superb, easy access to restaurants and museum of archeology. Staff were extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions, airport transfer and luggage storage. Bed was super comfy. Shower was one of the best I have experienced (3 different settings from multiple sprayers!). Rooftop terrace lovely for a drink overlooking the city. Would definitely recommend the William Gray."

"Everything in the area is under construction so finding how to get in and out of the hotel by ride share or driving is confusing. The path to get in looks to be blocked off but there is a small path for pedestrians. Also good to note that there is no closet in the rooms. The hotel offers 3 hangers to put things up on hooks on the wall. Staff are very nice at the hotel but this is a hotel for a very quick (1 night) visit to the city. "The bed height is several inches higher than the recommended height for a wheelchair accessible room. My spouse needed (my) help getting on the bed. She mentioned this to the woman at the front desk at checkout. The woman seemed indifferent and said, “Thanks for letting me know.” From previous experiences, this will not be taken seriously. If we stay at this location again, I will request that the bed frame be removed to allow my spouse to get on the bed at a proper height and without the need...

"Beautiful spacious room. Comes with a small kitchenette area with sink, microwave, mini fridge, kettle plus a full set of plates and cutlery. The beds were so comfy, we had the best sleep we’ve had in ages. A great place to stay if you have multiple people in your group because the room and bathroom are huge. Location is amazing too. Would def come back!"
