"Property advertises a pool and hot tub. Neither was available due to extended renovations. This is false advertising and I should be refunded. Hotel staff totally unapologetic. Property in poor condition throughout. Drop ceiling panels missing, with pipework and insulation visible. Toilet doesn't flush reliably. Bathroom sink drains slowly. Baseboard fell off and is sagging loose. Unattended exterior doors, that nominally have keycard security, open without a keycard scan. Look...

"I arrived just after 12 am, about 45 minutes after I made the reservation. They said I was marked as a no-show, and they couldn't check me in for 30 minutes. I demanded a refund, and left. "

"Didn't change bedding or towels. Someone left our room door open all day. When we for back the second night we stayed, the door next to our door was open, when it hadn't been open when we left. Kind of creepy. "

"It was an average stay. The property is kept clean but is very old and overdue for improvements. My room had a yellow ring stain that was on the ceiling edge throughout the room. In spite of some of those concerns, I was going to extend my stay, but after waiting for over 25+ minutes with the evening staff, I decided to find a different hotel. She told me several times that she would be right with me- but never did. After a long day of work- I just wanted to go to bed. "

"This place had unwashed sheets with stains and hair, not just one or two hairs, but multiple. The toilet flushed but would not stop without taking the lid off and adjusting the plunger thing. The room reeked. There were exposed wires near one of the plugs. The curtains had holes in them. The floors were dirty. I did not stay and instead requested a refund, and have been getting the runaround for the last two days."

"This was a very good hotel for the price. Very clean and friendly. It's an older hotel but you can tell they keep it clean and nice. I stay here a couple times a month when I'm in town. "
