"When we got checked in, our room smelled like smoke. When I requested to be moved to a different room, it still had a bad smell to it. I then woke up at 6 am to water dripping from the ceiling. Not to mention, the people above me had their 3 BIG dogs running back and forth until after midnight. I’ve never had these kinds of issues anywhere so I am honestly in disbelief at the lack of proper maintenance and unprofessionalism. "Breakfast was available at 0630. I assumed 0600. I'm a road warrior and had 40miles behind me by 0630.. I think 0600 is an appropriate time for a hotel continental breakfast. Just me. Bed and pillows were great. Slept like a king!"

"Front staff was very polite and helpful but pool and hot tub were broken or not in use so it should be posted or discussed on the website or at least at time of check in and the entire building seems to need a good taking care of, wallpaper coming off, plug ins for hair dryer were literally hanging out of the wall and not working, hotel room door would not close or latch shut, we were offered another room which was so nice of her but then that room was even worse off and had a very awful smell...

"everything was great. my only complaint was the wifi--the steps to get onto the wifi are too difficult and took too many tries to get on. i should be able to hook up to the wifi in windows and then click a web page that registers me/gets me on. getting that second step was hit and miss. also the basic internet is too slow. 10mb is inadequate."

"Very nice. Not enough bedding, but we had brought some with us for the 6+ guest room. Great location. Breakfast took a while because food had to be made frequently. I would stay again, though. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. Check out at noon, was amazing."

"The hotel was really nice. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions. The security robot was cool :) The hotel pool and hot tub left a lot to be desired. The pool bottom was a little slippery and didn't look very nice. The hot tub jets didn't work. This hotel was in a convenient location with many restaurants along with a grocery store and gas station."

"We arrived at 11pm, got the key card,went to the room and the card worked. The bed was great, we woke at 5am and we're on the road at 630. Perfect Okay slight attempt at funny, but it was a quick stop. Excellent as always"

"This is my go-to when I have an early flight. The room is big, clean, and quiet. The bed is very comfortable with good pillows! Breakfast, if I am not leaving too early, is great as well. Have stayed several times and will stay again. The 24-hour shuttle to and from the airport is a big plus. Several of the hotels on Airport Way have limited hours and this one is always available. And when needed - the Park and Fly option is really helpful."

"There was blood on our coverlet and had gone through to the sheets! This is every hotel stay’s worst nightmare. We did not get much help. They could not change our room because the hotel was full. And there was no housekeeping so no one would change our sheets for us. They did bring us new sheets and top coverlet and we had to change the bed ourself and they would not reimburse us because they said that Expedia would have to do that 👎."
