Relaxing week

We really enjoyed our stay. Little disappointed that the pool area did not have any tables with chairs and umbrellas. The apartment was as described. We fond some popcorn under the coffee table. Overall it was very clean. I had to call maintenance because I could not figure out how to turn on the shower in the second bathroom. The master bath was nice with exception of the shower, too small. We would recommend this unit to others.

Peace at the pass !

Beautiful unit with awesome views .. had everything we needed for a peaceful , fun week although we might suggest a lounge chair for the balcony .. we enjoyed every day there even though it rained for a couple of them .. we saw the blue angels fly over one afternoon and we watched sunrises with dolphins .. it was all good !

This is an excellent spot for birding.

Initially we loved the property. We loved the location and the ease of parking and safety. However i was told by the host that just call anything you need. Well i would have liked fresh towels and toilet paper paper 3 rolls for 3 ppl during allergy season isn't reasonable. Also there are no contingency for loud neighbors. So after being woken up early and texting them an getting ghosted i called 911. 911.but9thadihappen. thats for sure

Beautiful Condo and Setting

Very spacious and clean condo right on the pass. We could look out from the kitchen and see nothing but the water. The balcony was very nice with comfortable and updated seating. This condo is tastefully decorated and clean for the most part. The bathtub in the main bathroom didn’t drain well but I called maintenance and within a few hours that was fixed. There was some mildew but they also came and sprayed that. The beach is nice and private being that Grande Point is the last complex on the beach before the pass. We would stay here again.
