Light and bright with a beach atmosphere describes this condo. The flooring is a large format porcelain tile which follows throughout the condo, as well as the balcony which has a beautiful view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The living room is furnished with a leather sofa and loveseat with matching marble end tables and coffee table. There is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and Blue Ray Smart DVD player player. A large glass top table which has four cushioned rattan chairs completes the dining area. There are also three matching rattan bar stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen has updated oak cabinets with porcelain tile counter tops and a back splash that has light green glass tile inserts that give this kitchen a very clean, custom look. There is an over-sized side-by-side refrigerator/freezer which has an ice and water dispenser in the door. The kitchen is fully stocked for those evenings of eating in. The master bedroom has a California king-size bed with a new memory foam mattress and a matching dresser and night stands. There is a wall-mounted flat-screen TV for relaxing nights after a busy day at the beach. The master bathroom has a new updated vanity area, including upgraded sinks and faucets, granite tops, mirrors and an additional new cabinet, as well as, updated porcelain tiled shower. The second bedroom has two full beds with new memory foam mattresses, a chest of drawers and a matching night stand . There is also a a flat screen TV.The attached bathroom has a tub/shower combination. If you like light and bright, this condo is for you.

Great time

We had a wonderful time at this location and the family didn’t want to leave. The staff at the condo were very friendly and courteous. At checkin time there was a short wait for the elevators but it wasn’t too bad. If staying for an extended period of time make sure you bring extra toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. We will more than likely stay here again.

This condo had everything you could think of...crockpot, mixer, ...you could bake a cake in this kitchen. Nothing was missing. The only thing I needed to know before arrival that could prove useful was what kind of coffee pot - you'll need filters for regular coffee pot. Beautiful view from balcony of pool and beach! We had a great visit and plan to return! ONLY issue had to do with price on site. We selected at $115 per night for 7 nights in off season but it was $190 per night. Mgmt company said this was issue since VRBO got bought by Expedia. We were tired of staring at website by then but I will remember this lesson next time and will not book on website before making contact with owner. Great unit, pool, beach, and beach access!

Beautiful and relaxing!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was equipped very well and the view from the balcony was amazing. We loved the TV set up in the bedrooms and the fridge has an ice/water dispenser in the door. The pools and hot tub were relaxing and the walk on the beach made the trip worth it. We will definitely be back!

Awesome!

We booked this condo at the last minute so we didn't know what to expect - if it was available, something had to be wrong right? This was our first time to stay in any of the Phoenix properties. Much to our delight, the condo was very nice - well appointed and equipped, well taken care of, and comfortable. Although we didn't do any heavy cooking, the kitchen had everything we needed. The only issue we had was availability of elevators at check-out time for those leaving, but that's to be expected. Otherwise, it was a great week. We look forward to our next trip.
