"Très belle chambre d’hôtel à Londres, Impeccable au niveau de la propreté, située à moins de 10 minutes du métro, ce qui est très pratique. La petite cuisine est bien aménagée et fonctionnelle. Le lit est confortable, parfait pour récupérer après une journée de visites. Mention spéciale pour la machine à café, qui offre de nombreuses options"

"Terrible check in nearly 2 hrs late due to housekeeping issues. All that was needed was a text message to let us know that there has been a delay. We did eventually speak to the manager after checking in who couldn't apologise enough when she called round to see us with gifts for the inconvenience & a free late checkout & said it was her top priority to sort out housekeeping so that this never happened again.
Despite the check in issues the apartment was clean, spacious, stocked with everything...

"It was absolutely perfect, clean, spacious, great location for Buckingham Palace, very comfortable indeed and great value for money. I had asked if my room could be ready a little earlier so I could get changed for an event and they did all they could to make it happen!"

"First of all, the accommodation I had booked for 7 people turned out to have only 6 double beds. When I inquired at reception, they told us that the staff had probably placed the 7 beds incorrectly; they had likely forgotten. So we had to find another sleeping place for the other person. With 6 people, everyone needs their own bed, not all sleeping next to each other. It was not very helpful, and we struggled with it quite a bit."
