"Excellent location and within walking distance to the waterfront where we were attending the Montreaux Jazz Festival Miami. Coconut Grove had so many shops and restaurants we never had to drive anywhere to find excellent dining and coffee shops. Check in was slow and they could have used more front desk staff. Otherwise, the hotel was lovely and just what we needed for our long weekend stay to celebrate our 40th anniversary."

"All-around high value hotel. The check-in was smooth. I thought free parking was not included in the busy coconut grove area. But it turns out that the garage access was included with the room key card (with Expedia package at least). The location is perfect. Easy access to most of Miami. Lots of things to do in the nearby shopping plaza. But the part I enjoyed the most is the walking along the peacock park and the bay every morning and night. "This place has the rundown appearance of a hotel that's well past it's hayday. The main issue is all the hidden additional fees that you have to pay once you arrive. It added an extra $80+ on to our one night stay which left a sour taste in our mouths. We were charged a resort fee even though we never used the resort facilities, and we were only there over-night so had no time to use them anyway. "This is a residential building turned hotel, don’t expect the vacation resort vibe. The staff was friendly and attentive. 409 room is two queen bed with balcony and view to another building and the street. It has a defective bathroom which leaks water outside while using the shower. On site restaurant is ok closes early. This is a valet only hotel, no onsite parking but you can either request a free ride within 2 mile radius which was convenient or request your vehicle, they are very expedious...

"The front desk and bell staff were outstanding. Superb service. The valet staff were the best I have ever experienced. The catered Sunday brunch was great and the wait staff were excellent. The 11th floor rooms were large and very nice. The view was amazing; looking down on the rooftop gardens and event space. Top notch!"

"The directions to check in were confusing. Upon entering the room, there was a dead lizard in the middle of the living room. It is listed as a sleeps 4, with a pull out couch. When trying to use the pull-out couch, there was debris, garbage under the bed and it was not clean at all. There were a few open parking spots, so we took what was available. The next morning we found out we parked in a residents spot. We stayed here to walk to loanDepot Park, but would rather pay more to stay somewhere...
