We had a local caterer serve a 4-course dinner in the banquet hall, we had a standing reception upstairs in the game room, then later partied the night away on the dance floor, then those from the party who spent the night enjoyed the convenient lodging. "We very much enjoyed your well appointed property in Lansing. We used the kitchen to prep both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners for our elderly parents to enjoy at their condo. Will definitely keep this on the list for our next trip to visit family!"

"The house is smaller but has everything you need for a nice stay, and has large bedrooms. The shower is really small but has great water pressure. The amenities were thoughtful and of good quality. Everything in the house was sparkling clean!I loved the sunlight in the house, and the neighborhood. People in the neighborhood were friendly and would wave while out walking. "David’s cottage was perfect! It was equipped with everything we needed. Great location. Communication with David was easy and pleasant. He left clear instructions for check in and check out and checked in during the stay to make sure everything was good. They even got a new grill while we were there. I would highly recommend staying here. Nothing but great things to say. "

"The property was exactly as described. We needed a place to stay to attend a graduation at Michigan State University which was only 12 minutes away via highway. The place was either recently upgraded/remodeled or just really well maintained. It was spotless and nicely decorated in a very modern way. Excellent communication - very caring and thoughtful hosts. Highly recommend to all. We would definitely stay again when in the area. Thanks for a wonderfully seamless experience, Eric & Jen! "
