"The property is indeed a cozy cabin on a lake. Lovely setting-- wish we had more time to take the kayaks out on Lake Bailey. The cabin was about halfway between Eagle Harbor and Copper Harbor, so it was easy and quick to get to either place for meals or the outfitters for kayaking on Lake Superior-- and that was a superior experience! The house itself was very clean and very comfortable-- plenty of space, kitchen well-equipped (though we were all glad to have a vacation from cooking. Only one...

"One of the best vacation rentals we have ever stayed at. We didn’t want to leave. Great space, super clean and very comfortable. Beautiful views out of every room. We would definitely stay again."

"This cottage is very comfortable in a safe, calm and peaceful setting. It had everything we needed and we were even able to borrow dog beds to make sure our dogs didn't get cozy on furniture! It is a perfect location to explore Copper country. We did several hikes in the area including Mt. Baldy, Black Creek, Eagle Harbor trails, Horseshoe Harbor, and the trail in the town of Central. After hiking in the rain one day, we fired up the common sauna for some extra relaxation."

"We loved our stay at The Nest. Some of our favorite features include a very roomy home that accommodated our party of 7 easily, nice and private, loved the firepit, close to the beach for rock hunting and we had the opportunity to see some awesome Northern Lights during our stay. The host was great, place was clean and would definitely stay again!"

"My wife and i stayed in this cute house while exploring the Keweenaw Peninsula. The home was clean and offered a lot of extras. We enjouyd and appreciated the use of the bikes, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some nice meals. The house is centrally located to all the points of interest we wanted to see and the hosts left a bottle of wine which was very welcoming, and brought cut flowers to brighten the home up. We would definitely go back. "

"Incredible spot, pristine beach, amazing sunrises over Lake Superior and sunsets over the wetlands - and the sauna on the beach was perfect! Todd was responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a great week and hope to be back! "

"We loved our experience and would absolutely give it an 11 out of ten!!! Very cute, cozy, and clean with an amazing view! The property as a whole was beautiful, with each cottage having their own private yard space. You feel very VIP with having your own private beach on Lake Superior. The host, Phil, was also super friendly and helpful. He was great on giving recommendations on places to visit and see as well as being very accommodating! He also had a lot of options and extras to do on the...

"Needed a place to stay to move our son in at tech. Great location for doing copper county stuff, but close to Houghton!Check out was the easiest I've ever seen at a short term rental!"

"This is one of the best rental houses I and my friends have stayed in. Yes it’s an older house and has been maintained. Had lots of amenities and kitchen utensils and towels and laundry detergent etc etc. Beach is just across the street. Smaller restaurants within two blocks. Host is very quick in response to any questions. 10/10 rating!! "

"Our extended family of 11 (including kids, grandkids, and parents) stayed here for a week at the end of August for our annual rock hunting / beach relaxing vacation. We could not have asked for a better vacation. Easy to understand check in instructions, great location, and the beach was awesome. There was plenty of room for our 11 people and a roomy back deck with propane fire pit for nightly relaxing session. The house was in great condition and it had everything we needed already there...

"This really is a great location. It's close to various shops and restaurants. Its right next door to a grocery/ convenience store, very helpful. The house was very clean upon arrival and it had everything we needed. The owner even had some snacks set out and beverages in the fridge, which was a nice touch. "This property was perfect for our family and looked just as advertised! The beds were very comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook a family meal. There were 2 a/c units that kept us very comfortable.
