"Excellent communication throughout the process beginning with making reservations to checking out. The cabins were clean, staff friendly, lots of activities to do on site. The breakfast was amazing! I loved the fire pits setup. Highly recommend this place. It was close enough to Detroit Lakes and other towns that had activity available like the beach. "

"We had a great time. Everything you would expect from a Minnesota Cabin. The lake was nice and caught several nice fish...we put them back so they're still in there. Dog loved it. Too hot for the hot tub but looked well kept and perfect for cooler weather. We'd go back again. Friendly neighbors/people passing by on the lake. There was one restaurant about 15 minutes away. Brought a George Foreman and that worked out nice for cooking. There was a grill but never used it/looked at it....

"Cabin and amenities were awesome! Our family loved it, especially the water and sand toys. Bass fishing was also amazing. "

"The cabin was cozy with a nice view of the lake. The cabin was very clean! The swim beach was disappointing to us because it was weed-free a little way out, but past our waist there were too many weeds for us to tread water. Sheila (the host) was informative and helpful. We enjoyed our stay. "

"This property is misleading. There isn’t a beach area to swim in, play at or dock your boat. The large hill and lack of accessible boat dock restricted the older men in our party from getting in the boat so they watched from the patio. The room with bunk beds had ants, not great for the kids. The bathroom toilet had a leak, which lead to a perpetual wet rug. We made the best of our stay and time spent with family but this little cabin needs some TLC and an updated description. "

"We had a relaxing, fun and mostly stress free stay with 3 adults and 2 teenagers. The kitchen had everything we needed and beds were comfy and cozy. The patio was wonderful to have a cup of coffee or relax after troll hunting. We also loved that this place was dog friendly! All the little touches here really made it feel like home away from home. Thanks for a great stay! "

"We had an excellent stay in July. We did a family weekend with 8 adults 4 kids ages 1-4. It was the perfect property for our group. The kids loved the garage play area and the house was large enough we did not feel on top of each other. The beach area was clean and well kept with a perfect swimming area for the kids. We were so impressed with all the water toys that came with the cabin. We would definitely book again and would recommend for people traveling with little ones. "

"We spent a week at a cozy cabin near Waubun, MN, on Elbow Lake, and it was a fantastic experience. The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We did encounter a small issue with the septic system, but the owner responded promptly and went above and beyond by offering a large refund for the inconvenience without us even asking. Their attentiveness and accommodation made our stay even better. Highly recommended!"

"Cute, colorful little cabin that has a great view of Cormorant Lake. We were only able to stay for one evening, but the cabin was exactly how it was described, which is exactly what we were looking for.We would definitely stay again!"

"This home had lots of room and was well stocked. The circular drive made it easier to get on to the road. There were 2 areas to have fires. It is located less than 10 minutes from a couple of parks with playgrounds and the beach. Many restaurants nearby and grocery store less than 10 minutes away."
