"Melissa was fantastic to work with! The property was in a prime location and easy to find. It had plenty of great amenities and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!"

"This cottage was a great place to relax and spend time as a family. My son loved getting to walk the short distance to the dock to fish as much as he wanted to. We rented a boat from in town and Lake Sallie was perfect for tubbing and fishing from the boat. The cottage had everything we needed to cook our meals. Having culligan water was a nice bonus. The bedrooms were on the cozy side. But there was plenty of space in the public areas for our family to gather. The kitchen has a nice size table...

"It was a beautiful trip into Frazee, this area will remind you why it's called land of 10,000 lakes. There is a ton to do around the town between coffee shops, fishing, thrift stores and trolls. The boathouse overall was very cozy and has a beautiful morning view of the lake at your feet. I highly recommend this to a couple looking have a close weekend together!"

The location was perfect, super convenient to everything in town. The host was very friendly and always ready to help. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"Stayed here with family and friends for my son’s wedding in the area. House was very clean and in a great area. Owner has the home very well appointed with all the necessities, appliances and kitchen equipment you may need. We didn’t get much time to enjoy the external property but it was well kept and expansive. You can tell the owners care about their guests having a nice relaxing time when staying at the house. "

"This property was an oasis for three friends to relax on the deck, visit, read--after the troll adventure. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the cabin was decorated in a cute and cozy manner. The cabin was in a quiet neighborhood with a beach commons area right across the street. We stayed during the week in the spring, so I can't speak to week-ends and the summer lake life. I highly recommend staying here!"

"We had a great time at the cabin it was well equipped with everything we needed. We had a great time ice fishing and spending time with family. There was plenty of room for all of us and lots to do. We loved the area lots of eagles and red headed woodpeckers. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us. "

"This was a fall getaway for us. The cabin was small enough to be cozy but very clean and had everything you could need. It was very warm and welcoming on a damp fall afternoon after hiking the trails on the property. The stabor would be the perfect place to spend time reading or just relaxing. Only thing missing up there was a hammock for napping. Thanks for sharing your slice of heaven with us. "

"Love this little cabin -- just close enough to Park Rapids, yet far enough out to enjoy the peace of being up north. Perfect size with the two bedrooms, and roomy bathroom. Love having the laundry available also. My only suggestion would be to have a few lamps (living room and in each bedroom) so you don't have to rely on just the overhead lighting. But we really do love this place -- did you notice it has the biggest kitchen island in the history of up north cabins?? LOVE!"

"Beautiful 2 bedroom one bathroom with the best lake view! Check in was easy. Quiet and nice seating area 4 feet from the water. Enjoyed the kayaked, fire pit and Sunlite bar and grill close by that had the best hamburgers! Went on a getaway weekend to relax and did just that! Loved our visits from Annie too! :) "

"Loved our stay! Super clean property! Kitchen was perfectly equipped. Loved the dock and paddle boards. Take your bikes if you can. Lots of places to ride. My only suggestion…bring toilet paper. That was literally the only thing missing! "
