"We traveled for my grandsons BMT graduation. The house was in a great location 10-15 minutes from the base depending on traffic. Jessica sent information for check in making it very easy.The house was spotless clean and comfortably furnished with everything needed. The veiw is nice, but at dusk, the sunsets are spectacular. "I picked this cabin for the proximity of several hiking locations. Perfect location to enjoy Garner State Park, Lost Maples Natural Area, the Frio and several local hiking/ biking areas. "We reserved this for Valentines Day. This cabin was absolutely perfect! It was spotless. Everything looked new. The bed and pillows were perfect. It didn’t show the bathroom in the photos but it was clean, great special touches. It has a Roku so we could pick lots of shows in the big screen tv. The entire inside was polished wood. "The location was amazing! Awesome for star viewing. We were in cabin #8 so that spot was even better to sit and view. The only thing that happened was we had left to go to dinner, came back and someone had actually driven there truck and parked it right next to our window on the side and had already made a fire in the pit that was next to our porch.
