"The ocean view was nice. We did have a disappointing experience during our stay. Unfortunately, we found cockroaches in both the room and the refrigerator, which made us uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness. We appreciate that the host was understanding and provided a partial refund to help make up for the inconvenience, but the condition of the accommodation prevented us from fully enjoying our stay. We hope the pest issue is addressed so future guests have a better experience."

"Thank goodness for the AC in the bedroom, because it is humid in May! We loved our stay here, even though we weren’t at the condo very much. You do hear the people above you, but for the most part it’s quite! The turtles at the lava rock beach are the icing on the cake!"

"We arrived the day before the first Kona storm. First off let me say the unit was as advertised. Very nice with great view and everything you would need was there. When we arrived we terrible cell service at the hotel so I couldnt retrieve the email with the door code to get in the room(my fault shoulda printed the email before coming). "The condo was fantastic for our 2 week stay. One of the best ones I have stayed in at Napili Shores (10th time, all different rooms). AC worked well, king bed was super confortable, pillows were excellent. The kitchen was also great, everything you need and then some. Some spices were left by others which was great. The Brita water filter was key for us, we usually have to buy 2 cases of water bottles. The Roku TV worked well. Plenty of towels for bathroom and the beach. Beach chairs and...
