"We loved our stay in Aston Kaanapali Shores! We had a nice view of the ocean. The price is very reasonable to be given a nice ocean view. Our room has a sofa and a small dining table. The kitchen is relatively big, with a full size fridge, stove/oven, and kitchen utensils. I just wish they have a hair dryer, which they didn't have. We enjoyed the pool , very clean and relaxing. It is also a few steps to the beach, and we enjoyed viewing the sunset from there. Staff service was excellent...

"Not a bad view, but no direct access to ocean. Has a cliff with rocks. Beach access is further away to the right. Room had ants coming in n out of back sliding door and also small tiny bugs/lice. Which are probably harmless but kinda gross cuz they were even inside the microwave and were resistant to the microwave when on. Overall a good place to stay with two pools and not a bad view, even though we were here during three hurricanes being around, but we were not affected other than big waves...

"The host Gigi was super responsive to any questions. The unit was well supplied and functioned well for my adult daughter and me. She slept fine on the sleeper sofa and the king bed is very comfy. The view from the balcony is partially obstructed by the building, but it is very pretty. The a/c and fans kept us cool. The Royal Kahana is a nice place and you can get to the beach by walking south along the pool fence past the next condo building and onto the sand. Saw turtles everywhere we went! We...
