Secluded sea-view apartment 2 mins from beach, WiFi, 24hr security

This ground-floor apartment was completely renovated and refurbished with modern equipment and furniture in 2018. It is in a secure, peaceful complex on a buff overlooking the sea, only a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 15-minute walk from the centre of Ocho Rios. The 2-storey block, with its own car parking, is surrounded by lawns and gardens. Sadly, our beautiful palm tree in the photos died recently and had to be removed. The apartment comprises a large kitchen-living area opening onto a patio from where a gate leads into the gardens that extend to the edge of the rocky cliff, two double bedrooms (one has a queen bed and TV, the other a double bed) both with a closet, work or vanity desk, air conditioning and fans, and there is one shower room.

It feels like a home away from home, Elizabeth was in point with the information towards the property and Dawn is excellent good customer service very clean nice views and the beach is great definitely will refer someone and I will definitely go back love there.

Short stay

Great condo. Convenient to everything but a little off the center of town. Nice beach at Mahogany beach with an adjacent spring fed pool and bar with seating in the water. Loved our 2 nights here. Highly recommended as a place to stay in Ocho Rios.

Our second time at the apartments and had a great time !

This is our second visit to Ocho Rios. We stayed in the same apartment building but in a different unit this time! We love this spot and Mahogany Beach. We can’t say enough good about the property and the natives that work on the beach. They are, really, what have made our experiences fabulous! Overall, our experience staying at the apartment was wonderful! The place was as described, very neat and clean and housekeeping service was excellent when Dawn cleaned for us! It was nice to reconnect with the natives...a few have become our forever friends! This will always be our go to spot when traveling to Jamaica! Also, fun corresponding with Liz...turns out she has connections to our tiny home state of Vermont! So awesome! One love! Beautiful property and beautiful people in Jamaica! This property was such a gem, it sits on a beach that gives you such a great piece of the island. Staff and security were great. The complex is quiet and safe and local stores are walkable. It truly was great place and would recommend if you want beautiful sunsets, island vibes and peace.

Myself & Averill really enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo.It took my friend a few days to get used to the locals, and then we settled in for a relaxing vacation. We drove to Port Antonia and stopped along the way at many points of interest. We visited Dunn's & Turtle Falls amd spent the last evening with a beautiful meal at Hermossa. I will definitely be coming back for my eight visit in the near future. Your home was the clincher, knowing we had a lovely place to stay. Dawn is a sweet lady & made the place even more brautiful. Our family had an amazing time renting this perfect spot right off the ocean!

The apartment was perfect for our family of three. Had everything we could want in a great location and the beach was a great hidden gem in Ocho! We will definitely be staying again!
