"I went to the property at about 9:00pm. I was with my mom (73years old) my adult and young son. We drove for 4 hours only to be told we need to cancel because someone has occupied the property until the 30th December. I can’t begin to say I was so disappointed. I could find no other place on Christmas Eve so at that time I had to drive for another 3 hours to return home. Worst experience I have ever had. "

We had paid for an apartment at the nice Columbus Heights, but was reasigned due to Mngt admin error to a substandard room at Fisherman's Point. The list of unhealthy & dirty items are to long to list. Even now at 9:10 am I am at the front desk of the complex and no one is here to confirm my check-out or bill ( even though we had to pay to stay at a totally diffrent...

"The host/owner was a charming and welcoming hostess. She was reassuring in words and deed to the point where she has emergency evacuation notices posted in the property. She provided printed information for restaurants, transportation, local activities and delivery service. She is an amazing host with a great and friendly personality yet not short of professionalism. "I stayed here with my family of 4. The view was amazing and the pool was nice. Condo is recommended if you are staying or playing new Ocho Rios. Meal options close by are limited but I recommend the little bar across the street. We received a meal that was rancid and soda that was flat at the Italian spot, they didn’t charge for the rancid meal but I would not go back after the experience."

"All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good...
