"Great place"

"The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again"

"I loved how clean and updated the apartment and the premises were kept. I felt right at home staying at Andrew's apartment. Very quiet environment and the communication between the host and myself was kept great in terms of reaching him if there were any concerns. It's a ground floor air conditioned two bedrooms with one of the rooms being located in the basement. There are two porchs viewing to the back of the apartment. Kiki and Kadane were the ever attentive hosts, always checking to make sure that our needs were met. "Top floor is like an apartment and stretched from front to back. Bathroom top floor was huge with separate shower and tub. And there's a balcony whete you can see the water. 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms . Issue with fan and lights in one of the bedrooms. "Cleaning, staff communication, health, & overall comfort of the rooms where bellow standard at Fisherman's Point (Apartments). We had paid for an apartment at the nice Columbus Heights, but was reasigned due to Mngt admin error to a substandard room at Fisherman's Point.
