"Pull up to the front desk it wasn’t bad but that area could use a little work. The gentleman at the front desk was pretty professional. The property could use a some renovation also. Pool area was clean. Proceed to the room area I must say it was clean smell good and all I could need for a weekend getaway was there. They downgraded my Room because what I booked wasn’t available and have refused to compensate me the difference.
