"Lite og veldig sjarmerende hotell med egen italiensk restaurant i første etasje. Enkel men god frokost og veldig god service fra alle ansatte vi møtte. "I was given a card key pass. I entered the card pass, but the key was not in the card box. I was unable to check in and tried to contact the hotel but was unable to get through. My money has been stolen. Please refund me. Please reply to my message."

Beautifully furnished apartment in central Augsburg
"Leider können wir unseren Aufenthalt nicht positiv bewerten. Schon bei der Ankunft wirkte das Haus ungepflegt: Sperrmüll im Durchgang, starker Geruch nach Katzenkot und Urin im Eingangsbereich, Zigarettenstummel unter dem Schlüsselkasten.
