"Everything was great!"

"The staff was courteous and accommodating to needs which were basic. Be mindful this is an old motel building with basic features needs upgrading for technology. We brought our own WiFi for internet. Our own towels which was fine we carry them anyway as we don’t allow room service."

"Room was clean and the environment was very peaceful. I live the microwave and fridge that is included. Balcony was the spotlight for sure! Amazing experience and spacious. Took my wife there fkr valentines day qnd she'll never forget it. Thanks. "

"The AC in our room was leaking on the floor. I informed the front desk and they were able to move us to a new room. They thanked me for bringing it to their attention. They overall cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms were very good. I appreciated the breakfast and the fitness area but both were somewhat lacking. The coffee was good but not hot and I really enjoy a fresh hot cup of coffee in the morning. Overall our stay was great and I would stay here again and recommend this hotel."

"A terrible experience. The room was filthy, unsafe, and smelled awful. The front desk staff was very unprofessional and only interested in collecting payment, not resolving any issues guests might have. A terrible hotel that should go out of business."

"This is by far the WORST customer care by the site manager and her team! She was extremely rude and unprofessional after a staff member who had checked me in two hours prior, came busing in my room door while I was in bed!!!!!!!!! On top of the experience, I had to pay to be treated as such. "

"One of the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. They have ceilings fans which I thought was really cool. Very clean and quiet even though right back downtown (I think-it was fairly busy outside)"

"Room was nice but the AC didn’t work. When we showered we tried using hair dryer which also didn’t work. My husband found a joint outside our room door in the morning. Had to leave early for sons game so didn’t try break. The staff was nice. "
