"The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha."

"The “Elevator” it’s old, we got stuck in it for 45 minutes until fire department was able to open the door. Afterwards the front desk person took the room numbers of the people who got stuck supposedly for the manager to call us to give some sort of apology. We didn’t receive any call or anything for being stuck."

"Look, this place itself isn't horrible, but it's not in a really good location. Heavy prostitution and drug dealing in the area leads to rooms that smell badly regardless of how much they clean them, and a neighborhood that is not the safest. The staff themselves are nice and helpful. The rooms are actually pretty nice. It's really noisy and if you can't sleep through it this hotel isn't for you. The road it sits on is busy all night long and you will hear it all night long."

"The room was old and smelly , there was no water pressure in the bathroom, I had to call the hotel 5 times and waited 2.5 hours at the airport to be picked up, when I call to ask where is the driver the agent was very rude the driver was nice however the airport bus was old and it had a foul smell."

"This has to be the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. I asked for a non smoking room. That didnt happen. And there were no available rooms to switch to. There was cigarettes ash covering everything, bed sheets, toilet paper, everything. The floors were sticky. If you walked barefoot on the carpet, your feet will turn black from the filth. The whole place smelled like piss and cigarettes. There were earing left on the bed from the previous guest which means they didn't change the blood...

"The only weird thing about my stay was the bathrooms pocket door -I wasn’t able to shut it completely or lock it"

"Very gross! We checked our room and found blood stains all over the bed, gross congealed spots on the floor, and very spooky light switches. It is also has live ins who are noisy well into the night, we checked in at eleven and they were still very lively. Our stay was very short and will never happen again!"

"I booked here through Expedia, they sent me a cancelation email from the property, and therefore I booked through a different hotel. The hotel still charged me, and refused to assist me even after providing proof that an email was provided of the cancelation. This is terrible customer service, I even called the property directly and they hung up on me. Needless to say, I will never be booking here again, for the lack of assistance."

They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and even allowed us an extra hour before checkout, which we really appreciated.
