"Booked a “non smoking” room. When we entered the room we were hit with a very thick and strong smell of cigarette smoke. They refused to give us a refund. We ended up having to go somewhere else because of how bad the smell was. Will not book here again. Do not recommend."

"This not a save place people screaming at other people at midnight, three in the morning and four in the morning. No security no lights on property after midnight. I do not understand why Expedia puts it out on their sit. Rooms are not clean right. Cigarettes burn holes on curtains, bedding and floor. Floor not swept. Air conditioning did work. "There are only two reasons to choose this hotel: its low price and its location—a 10-minute walk to the city train. Other than that, it falls short in many areas: poor management, understaffing (one person seems to handle everything), lack of attention to refilling breakfast items, weak wifi, and non-standard blankets and pillows, to name a few."

There was nobody there to receive keys when I went in. It was an ok stay, but them not taking pets was infuriating."

"When I checked in, the room smelled overwhelmingly of bleach or clorox. The window was screwed shut so I had to sit in the room for an hour with the door open to air it out. After an hour I had to go out to get rid of a headache from the smell. I returned after midnight and the room still smelled. Tried to sleep through it but it was unbearable. The bed only had a thin top sheet, no ac/heater that I could see and the walls were so thin, I could hear everything above and next door. No towel rails...

"Refused my registered service dog and I at the door and then refused to refund me. Stated they are adhering to their cancellation policy which I super did NOT cancel. I was told tough luck I should have read the policies more carefully. My dog is in fact registered with the ADA and yes I sure did present my card for proof. Super not worth the price. Same price you get a much better bang for your buck at Dorothy’s bed and breakfast. I would never ever try to stay here again"
