"The place is just as pictured. New, clean, easy to find. The beds were comfortable, the area was quiet, grills & picnic tables outside. The price with worth it. We stayed here while in town for kayaking with the bioluminescence and it was perfect. I would recommend bringing your own frying pan, but everything else was great. "

"Overall nice place to stay close to the cruise port, unit is not fancy whatsoever, but it has what you need for a short stay, beds were comfortable. Location is quiet, aka not much around to see or get food. We just ordered uber eat without issue. Lots of lovely paintings around the house, maybe owner is an artist, we enjoyed looking at the arts. "

"Great location for proximity to access the beach!! It was beautiful! The pool was so refreshing and clean and the grounds were kept up very nice. The condo was a perfect fit for my husband and I! Really clean and comfortable bed! Great restaurants close by!We will definitely be back!!!"

"Great rental and close to the beach. The home is perfect for couples or small families. Easy walk to the beach and real quiet. We were unable to find any information about checkout procedures. We did what we could to clean up and whatnot. Highly recommend "

"The property is in a great location. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and very close to the beach. The owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. The condo was well equipped with anything needed, including many beach towels. It is the perfect place to stay in New Smyrna Beach. "
