"I love the staff"

"Room was clean on arrival, they accommodated my late arrival with an easy email to notify them a few days prior. Cleaning crew came by when I was still in my room and when I stepped out she was nice enough to ask if I needed servicing. Cannot comment on breakfast as I did not get up early enough and however I could smell it in the mornings and say some stragglers chowing it up in the morning. For a 4 star cheaper hotel it did just fine and everyone was very pleasant "

"Staff was great! We requested the first floor and while we could have chosen the 3 o 4 th. Renovated floors, we wanted easy access to our car. Our children live in Hopkinton so we like the easy in and out of that floor. That being said the room was clean and comfortable! We always stay here when we come to visit our Children ! And, the chocolate cookies are amazing treats for all guests."

"I’ve been a Hilton traveler for years but have recently found that many of the properties have began to become very rundown. Service has also been lacking. This was my first stay at the HGI in Providence and I’m pleased to share that the experience was exceptional. Very pleasant check in. The room was well maintained and immaculately clean. I was greeted every time I walked past the desk. I was thanked when I checked out (at 400 AM). Really great experience. Highly recommend this...

"Room and facility was clean. Very comfortable bed and good size room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was good. Bagels, muffins, eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt, pancakes, coffee and juices. Would have liked half and half but only so cremora. Could hear some outside traffic as the hotel is on a busy road but wasn't bad based on our room being further in the back. May be problematic if on roadside of hotel. Would stay there again"

"Everything was fine: comfortable bed, roomy bathroom, stable wi-fi, quiet surroundings. Breakfast is better than average, with scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, waffles, yogurt, actual oatmeal (not packets), fruit. The only issue is the sink faucet was not attached to the counter (room 330, if anyone from the hotel is reading this review), which made it annoying to use the sink."
