"Room could have been cleaner and toilet not working properly"

"The first room that we were checked into was unacceptable. The beds were hard. There was no blind on the window that would’ve kept people from seeing in with the lights on. The music on the weekends is really loud. We requested a room in the front of the building and were moved when we checked in, and after that everything was acceptable. The staff is very sparse, but helpful. I would stay there again, but I would insist on a room upfront."

"When we booked this stay we payed extra for a certain room and when we go there they told us they gave our room away because someone else said they would pay more. So when we asked if we could get a refund they said no. Checking in wasn’t good. But other than that it was a okay stay."

"Staff was great. Enough parking space. My big struggle with this hotel is that the carpet in our room has a very strong smell that I want to air our room out but cant because there’s no windows. Some of the things in the room also need some updating/ maintaining, the lampshade on my bedside table had some fraying edges."

"The staff is what is getting such a high mark. They were very helpful, respectful and nice. Especially when one of the rooms they gave us smelled terribly like mold. They switched both of our rooms so we could be together as wanted. Once moved, the rooms were maintained to satisfaction."

"The suite was very comfortable and had all the amenities you would want for a long stay. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but there are other options close bye. Room was clean, and the shower fine. Would recommend."
