"Loved the historic property and the manager McKayla is genuinely so kind and helpful! She went above and beyond from helping us with parking, offering handmade cookies, to giving us great recommendations! Everything about our stay was perfect except the AC not working in our room. Wasn’t too much of an issue as the weather was moderate but would definitely stay here again in another room"

"We stayed one night to catch the morning ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Check-in was easy and the staff in the office were friendly and helpful. The room had a comfy king bed and everything we needed. The bathroom could use some spiffing up. Location was great, an easy walk to restaurants on the water and shopping/dining in downtown Falmouth. The cost was reasonable. We'd come back to the Town & Beach when traveling to MV. "

"Muy bien ...ideal para cruzar por el día a Martas, y tener el lugar como centro de operaciones para conocer CAP Cod ......lo único que no funciono fue el parking de autos del Ferry que esta más cercano al hotel.....tuvimos que dejar el auto en otro estacionamiento a 6 millas.....todo el resto muy bien....la ubicación, limpieza, ubicación. Sólo cambiaría la alfombra de hall de acceso a habitaciones, muy fea."

"We had a wonderful stay at Iris Hotel Cape Cod. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to downtown Falmouth. One of the best parts was the free breakfast — we didn’t expect it, so it was a nice surprise! The indoor pool was also a big plus, especially when the weather wasn’t perfect. Overall, the staff was friendly, the room was nice, and everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Girls weekend on the Cape. We stayed on second floor in building 1. Spacious room, 2 queen beds, directly across from Falmouth Town Beach.
