"Our stay was okay. Could have stayed somewhere a bit better. I booked this hotel because we wanted a hot tub, and I could Have sworn it said there was one and when we got there, there was no hot tub. The sheets and towels also had stains. Not a terrible hotel, but probably wouldn’t stay again."

"I stayed at the Westin before, and it was just as I remembered. The room was was clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The Westin is connected to the Galleria which is great if you are in Dallas for shopping or have forgotten something for a special event. The only negative is valet parking is extremely high. We were in a time crunch for attending an event and had to park quickly. Get there early and find self parking. It is worth it. Valet parking is a little over $41...
