"The room was a good size with a nice bathroom - all very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good but the restaurant is fairly small and so it can get very busy. Staff were very helpful and made me feel very welcome. The only slight issue was with the lift - it’s a fairly busy hotel with 40+ floors and just 3 lifts. This did mean a fair amount of waiting on lifts but I guess it can’t be helped given the size of the building. All in all - a good stay. Would recommend."

"Spared every expense. What appears to be a very efficient use of space in a great location turns out to be a dirty and exceptionally loud overnight stay. Housekeeping left previous user's washcloth in the shower which inspires confidence that the sheets were actually changed.
