Kick back and relax in this calm, cozy, comfortable Elf’s Den as Santa’s Daughter likes to call it. She works all year round in maintaining and managing a quite and clean unit for all near and coming from a far to experience “North Pole”, Meet and Greet with all of Santa’s little helpers.

Property was clean and organized. Beds are comfortable and kitchen was well supplied. Once closets, and baseboards are finished it will be very functional for longer stays. We are older so the stairs were a bit difficult to take luggage up and down. Would stay again.

The only complaint that I have is that the unit is upstairs and the downstairs tenant complained about the noise of us walking around. We came for a vacation so it was a damper to know we had to tiptoe around everywhere

I liked this property because it was very clean and had all the common necessities including coffee and tea. It is located near shopping, dining and specially it was very closed to Santa Clause House in the North Pole. Our stay was great and the place safe. Great place to stay.

Lovely apartment, nicely decorated and very well stocked. All necessary kitchen appliances/utensils. Plenty of linens and toiletries which was very nice. Loved the extra touches with the snacks and local attractions/visitor information brochures. Host was great and easy to contact, provided useful information. I would highly recommend.

This property is well prepared for anyone who stays.

The property was very clean with good size bedrooms and a nice kitchen area. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to a grocery store, etc. There was a surprise, the host had a variety of snacks available for us.

Perfect!

This little apartment was the perfect alternative to an expensive hotel room. The decor was simple, cute, and relaxing. Kitchen was perfectly stocked. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows! The host was very responsive. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Nice apartment with everything you need. Comfortable beds and good, quiet location. Fairly close to stores and restaurants. Hostess was very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this home.

First Visit to Alaska

This was a very good experience. Property was quiet and clean. Price was affordable. Owner gave tips for places to visit and left complimentary snacks, which was a nice touch. Overall very pleased.

Great for our short trip

Location was good for us—outside of Fairbanks, but that was fine. The apartment was nicely stocked with snacks; it was warm while we were there, but ceiling fans in the rooms plus a box fan kept the place cool enough for us. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice and clean

Came to Alaska to help my dad apply for his VA benefits. Unit was nice and clean. Snack tray was a plus. Water pressure in the shower was a little low. Screen door for the balcony was very hard to open and came off the track during our stay
