Unrivaled View of the Intracoastal Waterway in a clean and cozy environment

Beautiful condo located in a gated community located in the heart of Ocean Drive. Open concept allows excellent views of waterway from every room. Screened-in deck/porch. 2 Pools and hot tub. Plenty of bike racks. Communal pier for fishing, grilling, and picnicking on the shore of the Intracoastal Waterway. Ample amount of parking. Two master suites, two full baths. One bedroom is king and one queen; each having TV/DVD combo, and walk-in closets.
Living-room has queen sleeper sofa, love-seat, recliner, and a 46" flat screen with DVD player.
Dining room has seating for four and two bar stools at counter. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker/Keurig, George Foreman indoor grill, crock pot, blender and cake mixer, extra storage and pantry. Full size washer and dryer.

North Myrtle Beach trip

Beautiful condo in safe, convenient location. Plenty of towels & kitchen items. Only 1 thing: king-sized mattress needs to be replaced! Almost folds down the center.

Good vacation

We really enjoyed our stay, anything we may have forgotten was already there. Condo was very clean and decorated nicely. We had a little trouble getting in the first time but fine after that. The sunroom was my favorite, sitting and watching the boats in the morning was so relaxing.

Relaxing Retreat!

We loved everything about this home. Every view is spectacular and the residents are friendly and kind. The owner thinks about everything you may possibly need during your stay and the home was exceptionally clean. We can't wait to go back!

Great location to explore the area!

This is a lovely, clean, comfortable condo in a great location to explore the North and South Carolina areas. Very close to shopping, restaurants and beaches, but when you are inside this home you are overlooking the Intracoastal and it is a very peaceful escape from busy days. Spacious and comfortable layout of the rooms. We especially liked the covered porch and saw some beautiful sunsets. We did have a little trouble at first with the initial gate entry, which is why the 4 star rating there. After that it was smooth sailing. One thing I didn’t see was beach towels for use. We didn’t plan on spending a lot of time at the beach on this trip so I didn’t look in all the closets , but that would be a handy thing to include in the rental so guests wouldn’t have to pack bulky towels for travel. I would highly recommend this home for its comfort, location, and communication with the owner!

Wonderful visit to MB

We gone to Myrtle Beach every March since 2018. This property was the cleanest condo we've been in. The location was perfect for us and the unit had everything we needed. It was a very relaxing time and the view of the Intracoastal from every room made it even better. We'd definitely rent this unit again.

We have stayed in this condo 2 times and we are never disappointed. Condo is clean. Has everything you need and the views are unbelievable of the intercoastal waterway. Can honestly say can’t wait to come back again

AMAZING condo and location!!

Condo was very clean and comfy. Directly on the waterway so it waa nice to sit on the screened in porch to have a drink and watch the boats go by. Located in gated community which is very quiet but close to everything: Food Lion, liquor store, restaurant, Walmart, etc. Betty was very easy to work with and responsive. Would reccomend and stay again!

We loved it!!

We absolutely loved staying here in this condo! It is beautifully decorated with a beach theme. The kitchen is well stocked. More than enough towels & washcloths. I loved having a washer & dryer in-house. Lovely view of the Intercoastal. We had a bit of difficulty getting in the front gate, but it was handled immediately and was never a problem going forward. Even though Hurricane Debby "dampened" our vacation, we were grateful to have a beautiful place to stay and keep dry! Thank you!! We WILL be back!

Best location to relax

Stayed here for a baseball tournament. Though it was 30 minutes from the fields, the location was still close to the beach and great food while still being a relaxing spot to come back too. The pool was great and my nephew loved fishing off the docks. The condo was roomy and relaxing. Perfect for us. It was exactly what the pictures show. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Loved it and we will be back.

Daughter's Beach Wedding

Very nice condo, excellent location. Extremely clean. Directions to enter complex and the unit exactly as provided by the owner/host. Very nice layout of the unit. Close to shops, numerous restaurants, and the beach. Anyone interested in a North Myrtle Beach rental, we highly recommend this 2B/2B unit.

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! The pictures on the website didn’t do justice to the property. Such a serene view, clean facility, quiet area and conveniently located. Everything we needed was provided, the pools were wonderful and the beach was only minutes away. Would definitely stay again!

This is THE place to relax!

Absolutely LOVED our stay! The location and proximity, privacy, secured entry gate, no noises other than occasional jet skis and boats on the waterway, quiet neighbors, supplies like broom/dustpan, vacuum, starter items, salt/pepper, I couldn't be more pleased with this vacation rental. Even got lucky enough to snap a quick photo of a dolphin hump in the waterway! Owner was quick to reply with questions, everything was exceptional! The floor plan layout of the house was the first I've seen and gives SO much more room! The reclining chaise lounge, Smart TV and welcome book with instructions and recommendations. 100% would stay here again! I needed R&R, not crowded beaches with screaming kids, this was perfect!

The View!!

This property has the most amazing view of the intracoastal waterway. The sunsets over the water were fabulous as well as any other time of the day. Natural light comes streaming in, although Betty has provided curtains in the bedroom and blinds if you are not enamored of the light. There is a wonderful seating area where I read my books and my granddaughter loved sitting there also...for breakfast or for reading. The beds slept very well. Everything was spotless when we arrived. Air conditioning worked well and the kitchen is well stocked with just about any kitchen implement or appliance. There were start-off toilet tissue, kleenex, paper towels, dishwashing detergent. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. I also made use of the nearby dock to read on and do a little tanning while watching the different boats and jet skis pass by. (Beach only about 5 minutes away by car.) We also used the nearby pool. The people living here are so nice. We had a bit of a problem getting in on check-in because the code would not work, but a kind soul let us through. After that, Betty's fob got us in and out easily. Also, Betty provides a great book about the area. We recommend trying Buoys and Soho in downtown Ocean Drive, as well as the hidden gem, Blue Drum on the waterway...also Filets. We did breakfast at Eggs Up Grill which is always great. We would definitely love to stay here again! Convenient to everything, including Myrtle on nearby Highway 31.

Perfection

It was absolutely perfect. When we opened the door and we see a boat going down the intercoastal like it was in the living room we knew we had picked out the right place. The view was perfect every room has a view of the water . The condo has a great layout with the bedrooms on separate sides of condo with full bathroom. The condo was very very clean and comfortable the pictures in the reviews don’t do this condo justice it is everything you see and more we can’t wait to come back . Tom and Tia Love this condo

Relaxing Trip

This was our third stay at this property. As before, we truly enjoyed it. The condo is in a great location for shopping, dining or just spending time on the beach. This condo is improved every year we stay in some way. The view of the intra coastal waterway entertained us so well. We loved our stay, and hope to stay here again!
