"We enjoyed our stay here. The bed and pillows were comfortable and it was very quiet and very clean. The room is very big with two sinks and lots of mirrors throughout. Granite everywhere. The people staying here were all nice. I recommend going out for breakfast unless you only eat the waffles..the rest was ok. They did provide biscuits, gravy and eggs just not very tasty. "

"This was the last lef of an eight day trip for us, and the intent was to visit Dollywood. The staff here was great... from check in, to housekeeping and the bar/breakfast staff. This hotel was very clean and the room nice. I would come here again in a heartbeat! Good job!"

"Only issue was there was not a hair dryer. I assumed there was one so we didn’t pack one and found out they indeed do not have hair dryers. Other than that, it was great! Nice and clean and friendly staff. "

"I traveled from New Orleans, Louisiana, and visited this place on 6/12/25-6/14/25 for my graduation of South College. It was very clean, everyone was friendly, it felt like just like home. There is also a lot of convenient places such as food, gas, groceries."
