"Great place! This house is in a great location to get to downtown Erie, the Penninsula and plenty of restaurants and shops. It was just my friend and me for a couple of days and the house was more than perfect. There are four bedrooms and two with new king beds. It’s rare to find a rental with king beds! "Everything was as described and very pleasant. Access was easy. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps more towels for the guests. There was only one bath towel, one Hand towel and one washcloth for each guest, and many women need two bath towels when getting a shower, one for their body and one for their hair. "The property was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean. Decorations gave you a very comfy, welcomeing feeling. We were very impressed by by how quiet it was. No outside noises of any kind. Even though we fid not use the kitchen, there appeared to be everything you would need.We would definitely recommend this to anyone who is having out of town guests. "

"Everything advertised was there and the location was very convenient for the trip. We combined our trip on our Anniversary to watch a college volleyball match. We we very close to the college, food and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property and our host was top notch with communications. We highly recommend ERIE-sistable. "

"There were continental breakfast items and drinks available round the clock. The beds were comfortable. Very quiet relaxing atmosphere but I would suppose that would depend on the other types of guests staying there at the same time as well. Great communication with host and very helpful. Anything that was needed ie. towels, it was delivered promptly. Overall nice stay. Definitely will stay there again. Great location. "

"Clean property for sure. It had toys for beach and chairs. Well stocked in that regard. One bedroom is up on a loft. There is a nice back yard, but beware, has pear tree and the bees love it in the summer! Would stay again. Location was fairly convenient, took about 30 minutes to get Downtown by walking. Much shorter drive, obviously."

"Property was cleanest short term rental I have ever stayed at. Eveything worked as it should. Beautiful view of Chautauqua Lake. Not a good bedroom for tall people with the slanted roof. We had an issue with the internet, but the owner had it fixed within 15 minutes and we had no further issues. We would stay here again."
