"We stayed in this house for two months while we were doing a kitchen renovation, The only reason we stayed is because we had no other options this time of year for a rental that would take pets. We survived because we brought everything we needed from our house. We did not receive any instructions prior to the rental and there were no instructions at the house for check-in and checking out procedures, internet/tv access or information on the local area. "We are just 6 woman from Ohio wanting to get away from our lives for the weekend. And we did just that. We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. It was a nice quiet out of the way house. Clean, equipped with everything we needed and then some. Patti and Richard lets got back with us in a timely manner to answer our questions. We will recommend this place to others and hope to be back in the future."

Coffee maker had full supply of pods and there was lots of kitchen items that were very useful (Sugar, oil, spices etc.). Entertainment system had Netflix and other services available. Perfect location for dropping our daughter off at Mercyhurst University. Would utilize again, full marks !!"
