Enjoy time discovering your favorite spot, whether it's coffee in the covered gazebo, the firepit under the stars, competing for top score in the arcade, or swimming and hunting for beach glass, it's all just steps away. Every corner invites you to slow down, reconnect, and savor life at the lake.

The property is minutes from local wineries, breweries, and many enjoy a quick day trip to see Niagara Falls!

Three Bedrooms:
Lake view primary bedroom with a king-sized bed. (second floor)
Lake view bedroom with a queen-sized bed. (second floor)
Vineyard view bedroom with a queen-sized bed. (second floor)

Bathrooms:
Full bathroom with double-bowl vanity, shower, and toilet. (first floor)
Half bathroom with a single-bowl vanity, and toilet. (first floor)
Full bathroom with single-bowl vanity, shower/tub, and toilet. (second floor)

Child Specific Notes:
Please be sure to bring along any necessary accessories for small children/infants for your convenience. The property is not equipped with a crib, child-specific seating, and is NOT a child-protected property. Children should remain under adult supervision at all times.

EV Charging:
Level 1 is complimentary for off-peak charging.
Level 2 highspeed charging is also available for a fee of $15 for the first night, and $5 for each additional night of the booking. This fee will be charged prior to your arrival.
Please make the host aware of your intent to use EV charging. A code is needed to access the system, and you will need to download the ChargePoint app to charge your vehicle.
Our system utilizes the Universal J1772 plug with a 20-foot cord. Tesla's will need an adapter NOT provided.

Lawn maintenance:
This maintenance is unavoidable and significant at this property. We attempt to complete this maintenance before the weekend and between guests, but this is not always possible due to weather or the timing of guest bookings.
Our landscapers are generally on site for less than an hour and come on Wed, Thurs, or Friday (between 10:30am-3:30pm), weather permitting.

Guest access:
The home is situated on an acre of waterfront land, with a private stone and sand beach.
Our wooden stairs lead down the bluff, and then aluminum lake-wall stairs provide access to our private beach. Lake Erie is rocky, caution should be used for those with mobility issues (please review all images). The lake topography changes constantly due to waves and sand movement. Our water access is generally gradual and has been great for playing in the water. Due to a large sandbar and the movement of sand, guests have commented on the ability to comfortably walk in and enjoy the water.

Direct beach access is available from May through October. Due to unpredictable weather, our beach stairs are removed after October. From November through April, the beach can be reached using the community access, just a short walk south from the property.
