"Great place! This house is in a great location to get to downtown Erie, the Penninsula and plenty of restaurants and shops. It was just my friend and me for a couple of days and the house was more than perfect. There are four bedrooms and two with new king beds. It’s rare to find a rental with king beds! "Everything advertised was there and the location was very convenient for the trip. We combined our trip on our Anniversary to watch a college volleyball match. We we very close to the college, food and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property and our host was top notch with communications. We highly recommend ERIE-sistable. "

"Clean property for sure. It had toys for beach and chairs. Well stocked in that regard. One bedroom is up on a loft. There is a nice back yard, but beware, has pear tree and the bees love it in the summer! Would stay again. Location was fairly convenient, took about 30 minutes to get Downtown by walking. Much shorter drive, obviously."

"Everything was as described and very pleasant. Access was easy. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps more towels for the guests. There was only one bath towel, one Hand towel and one washcloth for each guest, and many women need two bath towels when getting a shower, one for their body and one for their hair. "Property was cleanest short term rental I have ever stayed at. Eveything worked as it should. Beautiful view of Chautauqua Lake. Not a good bedroom for tall people with the slanted roof. We had an issue with the internet, but the owner had it fixed within 15 minutes and we had no further issues. We would stay here again."

"Never received check in information and no response from messages or phone calls. Tried multiple times and in every way we could to contact the host and VRBO. Ended up in a nearby hotel for the night since there was no response. Very disappointed to say the least and I expect a full refund!!!!"

"Es una propiedad que se encuentra en muy mal estado, equipos viejos, alfombras muy sucias, instalaciones descuidadas, lavamano obstruido, lamparas oxidadas, conclusión la relación precio-valor no corresponde. Lo positivo es que sus camareras hacen un buen trabajo de limpieza y el restaurante es bueno con excelente atención."
