"From the beginning, communication was excellent. Finding where our unit was straight forward with the map they provided. The unit were very clean and well set up. There are some cooking essentials provided in the kitchen and enough plates and glasses for up to 6. Beds were quite comfotable.The path to the beach is well maintained, although you need to be very aware of your bearings for returning as there is very little to indicate were the path is when coming back from the beach. "Was a beautiful place, very clean and comfortable. Lots of room. Beautifully appointed. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds comfortable. The host were fabulous, very quick to answer all our questions. Large fully fenced back yard was nice."

"Cabin is very nice. Clean and roomy enough. Caretakers were very responsive to the couple questions we had. Only complaint is no real view of ocean."

"Great place "

"Second year staying here with family. Great location to beach and other activities. Including the state park where other family were staying. Check in was seem less and facilities great for group of six (three adults and three children). Host is wonderful to work with."

"Simple, clean with everything we needed in the kitchen. We had our dog, and there is really nothing a dog could ruin, which was perfect. We used the firepit in the pretty backyard. The beach was maybe 3 minutes by foot down the street. Now, if you want fancy stuff and major streaming services, etc., this wont be you place, but if you want big sky and back to basics it's a great spot. "Town"(Westport?) is about 6 miles down the road. "

"I loved how my dogs could roam the yard due do it being fenced! It felt homey and comfortable. It had everything we needed and owner answered my questions very quickly. Only thing I wished for is a four person sized table and chairs so we could have had the room to play cards or board games, and a little more room to eat. We’ll bring our folding card table and chairs along next visit. We’ll be back for sure!"

"We had a wonderful time with friends. It was a short drive to every place we wanted to go. Jack's Mercantile was amazing and we enjoyed the Cranberry Museum. Being elderly, next time we'll get a two bathroom place. The door lock was a challenge at times. We were able to relax and I didn't do any yard work which needed attention."

"The property was great, the stairs are very difficult to go down but with the size of the chalet I can understand why it is the way it is. Parking was right outside our door which was nice when unloading and loading the car. When we first got there, the room was very warm, but after opening both the upstairs and downstairs windows it cooled off pretty quickly. "The house was AMAZING. The downstairs looked like it had been professionally interior decorated. The host was our neighbor and came to greet when we arrived. The location was perfect for us. And had lots of things included for their guests, comfortable beds, lots of books, games and lots stuff for us to use. The only problem was our truck was too big for the garage and the parking space was filled by our truck so not anybody’s fault but our own"

"The beach house is great. This was our second stay here. We spent a week and enjoyed all of the recent upgrades to the house. The kids loved going to the beach. The house is always clean and comfortable. "

"We had a great stay at the Happy as a clam cottages. The cottage was very nice and clean. Being able to eat a few meals in using the full kitchen, BBQ was a plus. The location was perfect for our interests (it is very close to 2 very fine oyster farms/restaurants, several state parks, and a short drive to both the bay and oceanside of the peninsula. We would highly recommend."
