"We stayed in the Basic Cabin with 1 queen, 2 twin beds. It was quaint, small, clean, old rustic and appeared to have had some renovations. The queen bed was soft and comfy. The twin bed mattresses were thin and harder. Couldn’t get the ceiling fan to work, and the gas wood stove wasn’t needed on a hot night. All the cooling came from a small window A/C unit. "The apartment was larger than a motel room. The kitchen was well equipped. The unit was very clean and conveniently located. The queen bed mattress was okay for my wife but too soft for me. The futons would work for small children but not for adults."

"We loved this rental. It was spotless clean, the beds were comfy, the air conditioning was good, and it was like brand new. A really spacious two floor space with bedrooms separated by floor and bunk beds in an open “loft like” space on the 2nd floor. The mountain during the summer was less busy and wonderfully quiet. "The location is top notch and so convenient but also secluded feel at same time. Front porch view of cathedral ledge makes for morning coffee and afternoon sights a delight.Great fire pit area with plenty of wood and nice view of night sky Great neighborhood and easy walking to trails while also 5 min into downtown. Would deff stay again looking to book here again for my winter trip! "

"We went up for the Fourth of July and a Storyland adventure with the kids. Neil was a great host! House was great and had everything we needed and more!! Loved the welcome package! Very nice touch!! We will definitely be back! "

"Great weekend!"

"Cute clean house, lots of space! We got there late so some lights outside to show house number from road would have been helpful. Although having towels provided is great they were very, very small. Besides those two minor things it’s a great place to stay, we would book again!"

"House was as great as advertised. House was clean and everything worked like it should. Only complaint is that the kitchen range had its numbers scraped off. We could not tell which burner was controlled by which nob and if it was cooking on high or low. "
