"New...House was very nice... small and cozy. Stocked well with plates, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. Neighborhood is old and less than desirable but appears to be refurbishing as new houses are everywhere. A nice place to sleep and drop in and out during a busy graduation weekend. "

"The area looked scary and deserted but getting to the house was so welcoming. I loved that the house was to itself, it was clean and inviting. If I come back to Charleston I definitely will book this property again."

"Stayed at this VRBO for a weekend concert at Credit One Stadium. The location was convenient—not only to the stadium but also to downtown Charleston. We brought one dog and stayed in the front unit, which worked out well. As other reviews mentioned, the property includes both a front and back rental unit; guests in the back unit enter the rental through the backyard which is a little odd to me. The space had a large dining area. Overall, a great value for the location and amenities!"

"The stay and property was wonderful. We had no issues with anything. My kids really did enjoy the visit. I like it is convenient to a grocery store and some restaurants. Beautiful scenery and beach. I would definitely stay again. *we had no Issues with the neighborhood and we was in and out of the home all during the week we stayed"

"The property was exactly as described. Plenty of room for everyone. With extra space for the kids to break away from the boring adults. Check in process was very easy. Clean and comfortable at a very affordable rate. Will keep this location on my list for the next time we're visiting Charleston area. "
