Welcome to Orangeburg Street! This home will greet you with ample off street parking and a beautifully landscaped yard. The yard is anchored by a mature live oak tree, a staple in the Lowcountry. As you enter the home, you will be in the foyer adjacent to the stairs and garage. There is one bedroom and bathroom on the first level. You can also access the back yard from the screened in porch. As you go upstairs to the 2nd level, you will enter the open living, kitchen, and dining space.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. The kitchen is anchored by a 12 foot countertop island, perfect for gathering around! There is also plenty of cabinet space for all your cooking needs. The kitchen flows into the the living room which features a cozy sectional sofa and a large flat screen TV.

The 3rd level has the 3 additional bedrooms. All four bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Note: City quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.

Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

We are in North Charleston a lot for swim meets and the hotels have really gone down in quality, this home was perfect for our stay. The home was clean, beds were super comfy, the living area and kitchen were perfect for our needs and it was convenient to everything we needed. We will be back!
