"Excelente hotel, la habitación estaba muy limpia, con excelente vista al mar desde mi balcón y el hotel esta muy céntrico, caminando puedes ir a cerca de centros comerciales como el bayside y esta a 2 cuadras del kaseya center. Al área de La alberca y terraza están muy bonitas y las opciones de comida son buenas. No tienen playa enfrente pero tienen area de playa reservada y privada a 10 minutos del hotel (en auto) y esta hermosa, muy limpia y con muy buena atencion."

"We had a good stay at the Novotel. The hotel is very well located, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was clean, although it had a slightly musty smell. Some areas of the hotel also felt a little dated and could benefit from better maintenance and a deeper cleaning. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and improving these details would make the stay even more comfortable."

"The hotel is beautifully well kept, service amazing. We didn’t give the 5 stars, because we thought it was a more family oriented hotel, and it is not. It’s an on going pool party for adults (which is great if you want to party), menu at the cote restaurant sooo delicious by the way but no kids menu. The beach and beach staff so friendly, the ocean was a bit choppy, but all in all, we highly recommend this hotel, but for adults only plan. They have an amazing Steak House also, thank you!"
