"Visited for just one night to see Case Western. Perfect location - just couple blocks from the visitor center. It’s a historic hotel and beautiful inside. The service was amazing. So attentive and nice. We had a problem with our room and they were able to change out our room without any hesitation at all. Breakfast included and wonderful. I wish we could have stayed another night just to enjoy the hotel. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back some day! "

"The area around the hotel was very nice. The hotel property itself on the outside looked a bit shady and slightly run down which was surprising considering the area it’s surrounded by. The room was thankfully nicer than the outside of the place. Bed and shower were clean. Overall a good place to spend the night. "
