"El hotel está bien, reformado con estilo moderno. El problema es su ubicación, esta muy lejos del centro como a 1.5km, sino dispones de coche, es un poco incómodo. Os explico, Bernkastel Kues, es una ciudad pequeñita, que puede ser visitada en 2 horitas, y esta dividida por un puente. Berkastel, donde se encuentra el hotel, donde no hay nada para visitar, y la otra Kues que es preciosa, recorrer todas sus calles y la plaza donde se encuentra la Casa inclinada. La verdad es que merece una parada,...

"Everything was excellent! We had a horrible experience at a different hotel the previous night and messaged the staff at this hotel for a possible early check in. They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! They changed our vacation to a positive one and the property and people were wonderful!"

"Haustierfreundlich (aber 18€ pro Tag und Hund), Ferienhäuser Kastanie sind für 2 Personen mit 2 Hunden ausreichend gross (75qm). Der Chic ist zwar noch aus den 80ern, aber es war sauber und warm. Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine waren sehr verkalkt, wurden aber auf Wunsch sofort ausgetauscht. Es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub über Silvester"

"Great location. Very beautiful and comfortable. Offered discount for parking and had a place to store our bicycles overnight. The room was spacious and had good amenities. It is old so the floors squeaked in some places. The rainfall shower head was leaky and in need of replacement, but did not interfere with showering. Best of all was a small fridge and a fan. Would highly recommend!"
