"We booked this unit on the day of arrival during Matariki weekend. We were pleasantly surprised at all the features which made our stay really comfortable and easy. The unit was very clean and modern. Beds were very comfy and linen, towels and toiletries were all clean and readily available. "I was pleasantly surprised overall about my stay at the kiwi hotel. I had room #1 which was conveniently next to the shower. The room was neat, clean, and the bed comfortable. Minimal noise out the window at night. Staff was so welcoming and accommodating, making me a cup of coffee and ushering me into the living room to rest.
