"Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. We were hungry and tired after a night of watching a sports game, and could stroll right into a restaurant. The gym and pool were also incredible; beautiful and had everything you could ask for. Also, the location is excellent. It's close to a lot of life and a station, too."

"The room is very spacious and clean. It is very well suited for family stays. It has a little kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave. The staff are very friendly yet professional, specially Charles and Yoyo who are extremely helpful. The location is also wonderful, it’s quiet but near transit and is almost about 20 minutes away from the busy tourist hubs in Tokyo. Will go back tot his hotel in our next visit."

"Rooms are spacious, with modern amenities. All day Espressos / lattes in the lounge, along with DJ - drinks during Happy hour. Rooftop bar has excellent cocktails - good music. The staff is very accommodating - booking reservations and making great suggestions to exploring neighbourhoods around Tokyo."

"The room was clean but there was not much room to put any luggage. The staff was all very nice and the area is very walkable despite not being central. I wish the amenities like the bar downstairs was open later. "

"You can’t beat the location of this hotel. It’s just perfect. We booked a corner room with the Shibuya Crossing view and it did not disappoint. The room size was big enough for 2 people with 3 luggage. Room was clean and bed was comfortable to sleep in."

"We had 2 rooms- premier twin and premier double. The twin was large, clean etc and the double was quite dirty. Carpet was filthy, walls needed wiping down, sofa needs deep cleaning. Nice facility overall but they need to deep clean some of the rooms."

"Great hotel. Aesthetic design. Friendly international staff. Amazing breakfast - very worth it. We booked one of the smaller rooms. The small rooms are oppressively tiny. No space for anything including walking. You can barely open the door without bumping into the bed. An extra foot in each direction and some wall hooks would make a lot of difference. The bed is comfortable and overall we had a great stay…. But the size of the room is shocking when you first walk in. No space for luggage but...
