"We loved our stay at the cabin. The owner was super helpful and promptly responded to any questions or requests. The location is great, a very natural and peaceful setting and as a bonus there is a bar/ restaurant just a short walk away. "

"Desolate area. Cabin was perfect size and cozy. Everything we needed was there. Cabin owners responded to questions and concern’s in a timely fashion. Had our two nine year old boys that couldn’t play on their tablets or video game consoles. I’ll just say if you have young kids with you “bring board games, bikes, scooters etc”.Overall we had a great time!"

"Older home in what seemed like an iffy neighborhood (I have never been to Utica prior to this trip so do not know the areas at all just going by how it appeared to me). I took a chance on this new listing because it checked a lot of boxes. Two bedrooms, kitchen, competitively priced, not far from where we had to go for a sports tournament. "The property is a great find in Utica. Located on the main road, but quiet and peaceful. The beds were great, furniture was excellent, and plenty of room for the family. "

"My mother-in-law has a bucket list of staying insome unique places so we booked this for her birthday. The caboose is very cool! The caboose is very clean. The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies if needed and a nice size refrigerator. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. We would highly recommend staying here, especially if you know someone that loves trains or likes staying in one of a kind places."

"We felt so welcome here between the hosts and the feel of the house itself. We were visiting family for the holidays and it was nice to have a quiet and comfortable place to call home for a week. Everything was clean and the hosts really thought of everything you may need. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again. "
