  • A conveniently located, private suite with your own entrance, patio and outdoor space that comfortably sleeps 2 to 3. We have included ample parking for two vehicles. We are walking distance to the Village of Clinton, NY (13323) with its unique shops and eateries! The Suite is 1.5 miles from Hamilton College and 20 miles from Colgate University. We have created an easy check in and out experience with complete independence for you! We are available by phone or in person when you need us. We are in the "Foothills of the Adirondacks". Please enjoy the use of our beautiful yard, patio and outdoor fireplace.

Darling, rustic decor. Everything you need. Close to great restaurants and quaint shops. Walkable. Would recommend for woman traveling alone. Very safe.Great hosts.

My husband, daughter and I came up to Clinton to look locally at the schools, the beautiful little town and at real estate. The suite is perfect for our little family tapped with lots and lots of little extras :) I plan to return in the next two weeks as we are putting an offer in on a home :)

The accommodations were perfect. Very cozy and comforting with all the necessary amenities and great little extras from the property owner like fresh creamer for coffee, granola bars, filtered water, extra tooth brushes, etc. My wife and I had a great stay.

Beautiful suite and outdoor space in walking distance of restaurants and shops in Clinton. We had all the privacy we needed, while also feeling attended to by Dianne. We look forward to staying again!

Lovely place

Stayed at the Evergreen Suite for two nights while visiting Colgate for Family Weekend (30minute drive). Very comfortable, lovely decor, super clean, thoughtful amenities, would absolutely stay here again!

Very charming guest suit. The set up is perfect and the ambiance is fantastic. Dianne goes the goes the extra mile to make sure you don’t have to ask or need anything extra. Had a great stay, highly recommend!

Amazing property in a very peaceful and safe area. Close to everything the town has to offer. The host were very friendly, knowledgeable and greeted us upon arrival. The Evergreen Suite was exactly as described, very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Dianne is a very responsive and easy to communicate with. It is clear that she strives to have the best experience possible for her guests. Lovely amenities like high quality snacks, coffee, and tea. The space is well thought out, comfortable, cozy and immaculately clean! We will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Amazing property! We felt secluded in the lush landscape of the back yard. Attention to detail is shown throughout the entire property including snacks, seltzer, tea, toothpaste. Friendly host with lots of local knowledge. Would stay again!
