This single storey cottage has two bedrooms both with queen size beds, flat screen TV's and ceiling fans.

The home features two separate living areas, the south facing lounge room spills out onto the beautiful deck and has views across the bay of Lake Macquarie. The Lounge area is equipped with flat screen TV, Foxtel, DVD player.

The second living area adjoins the modern kitchen and is at the rear of the house and has a double sofa lounge. Next to the second living area is a full laundry with Washing Machine, Dryer, and Ironing facilities.

The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with Microwave, Dishwasher, Tea and Coffee and all the modern kitchen gadgets.

Sun, Surf, Fish, Golf or Relax

Sit back, relax and enjoy the tranquillity of the lake as the Ducks and Pelicans pass by or hit the Golf course for a round Golf at the beautiful Belmont Course.

Launch the boat at the public boat ramp and head off to get the catch of the day ready for that afternoon BBQ as you take in the beautiful summer sunsets.

The property is conveniently located only 5 minutes drive from beautiful Blacksmiths Beach, or an easy 5 minute walk to Belmont Golf Club. Shopping facilities are available at either Belmont or Swansea.

The cottage can accommodate up to 6 adults (2 queen beds and 1 double sofa) . All bedding linen and towels are provided.

I cannot fault our stay at Ducks Bungalow. It had everything we needed for our 4 night stay and it was absolutely spotless on arrival. The host was very responsive to all of our requests and the location was amazing. I thoroughly recommend this accommodation!

The place was absolutely amazing! So nice and cosy with positive vibes. It had clean and good quality bedding and towels, well equipped kitchen. A perfect escape from the city. So clean & quiet, with stunning lake views this property was thoughtfully appointed with everything you could need from the fully equipped kitchen to lawn games, bbq , off street parking and seamless check in & out. Beautiful views and access to Lake Macquarie. Duck's Bungalow has resident ducks that come for a visit. The place is bigger than the pictures show... really nice setup. Only downside was the kitchen didn't contain many helpful ingredients. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay. Thanks

Great place to stay for a fishing trip. Nothing beats walking onto your boat to go fishing at 6am and then coming home for a relaxing brunch by the water. Sue is a wonderful host. All the neighbours are friendly and Marks Point has a really strong community. The two local cafe's are both amazing. We did have one small problem with people using the jetty without permission and respect of the guests. Sue managed the issue very well which is all we can ask.

Ducks Bungalow is a very lovely property .. as soon as you wander through the front entrance you feel welcomed, this property has a fully equipped kitchen, stunning views overlooking the water and so peaceful .. we really enjoyed our stay.

We loved this little cottage. Stunning views, ideal spot to visit and explore Lake Macquarie, visited by local bird life. The cottage has everything you need and is spotless. We hope to stay again in the future!

Excellent but could use a couple of small improvements

overall, very good. a couple of thoughts, the BBQ was a bit scary as you could not be certain the jets were alight. Also didn't get sufficiently hot. The kitchen was big enough for a decent table and chairs, it was alright eating out on the verandah but only in good weather. The cold water tap in the shower made a scream when used and the tap actually fell off at one stage.
