Deliberately picked a particular unit that had what was necessary for my assistance Dog, but when we got there, the unit was completely different. Behind cupboards was absolutely filthy on top of power boards. The bedroom never look like it was vacuumed., But overall the apartments are well equipped quite and located in a good spot. Just need all money spent on maintenance and cleaners with a better idea for detail.

Property manager was very helpful when assisting with check-in - turned out we were at the wrong address (two properties on the same street, one signed but no street number, the other has a street number but no sign).Property was perfect for our short stay, comfy beds, clean rooms, great kitchen and laundry.Deck and backyard was sparce but fine for our pooch for a short stay, some grass or shade would be nice for a longer stay.

Very poorly maintained. Bedroom ceiling fan was filthy. Carpet in second bedroom dirty and stained. Oven not clean. Fly screen big rips in it. Had to keep door closed. Overall apartment very basic. Not even a bedside table. Certainly nothing like the photos shown on your advertisement. Would not recommend this stay to any of my friends. Have tried to get in touch with owner but no response.

The amenities were in excellent condition and extremely comfortable. The location also afforded us easy walking access to takeaway locations and supermarkets. Local traffic, other guests' and neighbors' noise were quite low. Very restful. THANKYOU.

There is no reception on site and the people you deal with on the phone aren’t friendly. They really push for paying for the room via a link in a text message, clearly to bypass the fees incurred when booking through websites. The unit was dirty, toilets were not clean and the showers/bathroom had mould growing on the ceiling. Dirty glasses were in the cupboard, and the bedside tables had lots of sticky residue on them. The aircon was old and very dirty. Clearly the unit hasn’t been cleaned properly for ages. Patio door wouldn’t lock. Unit was furnished with absolute bare minimum. Would not recommend this place.

Hot water didn’t work in the kitchen unless you turned the hot on in the laundry. Laundry toilet ran so had to turn the water off. Pots were not washed from last user. We had to wash everything before using the pots. No frying pan.

Was a bit sparse lounge had 1 x 3 seater lounge, 1 coffee table & tv. Floors tiled … no rugs. Townhouse at front of block, on corner of a very busy intersection. Slope of block means you overlook intersection. Large outdoor space barren & covered in concrete … dogs not impressed. Lighting under eaves to advertise property couldn’t be turned off leaving upstairs bedrooms lit up all night. We needed ground floor accom & was told this was …. The positive is the convenient location close to supermarket and RSL and communication was okay but that's about it. The second toilet was broken with the tap turned off to stop it running constantly. The kitchen tap had no pressure and no hot water. No bedside lights. Two sofa beds but one of them broken. Half the dishes still in the dishwasher. A box of tissues with a single tissue left in it. Overall unwelcoming and sub-standard.

We stayed only a single night at the apartment and were impressed by its spacious layout. The lockup garage was a nice unexpected feature, and the property is conveniently located near supermarkets and restaurants..There were some issues with the property that could be easily fixed with basic maintenance, but our concerns were with the cleanliness. The plates and glasses were not clean and we had to wash them before use, luckily we had our own tea towel as none was provided. The dishwasher had water and cutlery sitting in the bottom of the unit, and the washing machine had sheets still in it, so unavailable for use. Additionally, the pillow slips that matched the doonas had stains on them.

Passing through

While the property itself was good, the online description and photos that showed a nice grassed back yard for our dog, was not what we received. The back yard was paved and no real area for our dog to do its business. The yard was not fully enclosed and they used two stools from the out door setting to block off the side path that went out to the driveway and the road. This was not acceptable and not dog friendly. The apartment also was not ready by 3pm and I had to continually call to be able to get the details to the apartment.
