"My husband and I had a lovely stay. The gorgeous view alone would have been plenty, but the entire place was cozy, well-furnished, comfortable, clean, charming, and quiet. Had a great time trying to spot birds in the trees with kindly provided binoculars—which was just the kind of low-key activity we were looking for. It exceeded our expectations. "

"Nice and easy access to stores and Rt. 219. My three brothers and I had a great time. Only one full bath and a half ... consider that if you have a larger group that is not family.."

"Everything was great from expectation of property to communication from the host. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of beds for everyone, loved the individual pull out couches in the loft area and great space in the living room with plenty of seating to gather and chat. The outdoor property had everything we needed to enjoy. "

"Wonderful spot, loved the decor and the coziness of the cabin. Loved the gas fireplace as well. Check in and out was so easy…our daughter arrived before we did and she was able to interact with the hosts over the phone to check in. Close to Flight 93 Memorial site which is a must visit!!"

"The property and the house were fantastic! Our group of dads and kids had a great weekend, hiking, tubing in the creek and swimming in the clean, frosty pond! Thanks to Michael and Josh for being such great hosts! "

"This property is really just off the trail. The owner is so nice and accommodating. Loved the bedrooms. Also liked that there were flyers for delivery since we were on bikes and had to come up a large hill to get to the property. Would love to stay here again if ever doing the Gap Trail again. "

"My wife and I and our two dogs really enjoyed a Memorial Day weekend at this well-stocked chalet near Indian Lake. The host responded within minutes of any question and followed up to make sure we had everything we needed. The massage chair, big screen TV and back deck that walks out to a green space were perfect. There is an on site restaurant that we wanted to try but ran out of time so hopefully we will be back soon! "

"Great location for our purposes. Convenient walk to the dumpster. The puppy was on to the mouse in the kitchen area. Upon arrival , everything was very clean and orderly. Entry instructions were excellent."

"Bedford is a good middle meeting point for me (Pittsburgh) and my best friend (DC) for a girls’ weekend with her 2.5 year old daughter. The house was so clean and beautifully appointed. The kitchen was so well stocked! We enjoyed relaxing and watching movies in the living room and having meals at the beautiful big island. The speakers and surround sound were great. Comfy beds! We also walked to Old Bedford Brewing Company just a short walk down the road and enjoyed some beer and live music. We...

"We came up for my brothers celebration of life service. We drove up from South Carolina. We got a call from the host at 5:00, to ask our arrival time. We let them know it would be late. They went and opened the house and turned on some lights inside and out, so we did not arrive in the dark. The home was amazing. The antiques were beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. We watched the sunrise on the back porch with coffee. The yard and fields were very busy with deer, rabbits looking for...

"Spent the weekend visiting family. Enjoyed staying in downtown Windber and walking to our favorite bars and restaurants. Property was in a perfect location on Somerset Ave. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We look forward to booking again in the future."

"Our family enjoyed staying here during the Thanksgiving break. We shared the cabin with our extended family: 4 adults, 4 teenagers. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we are very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, which was much appreciated as we cooked all of our meals. The view was beautiful, and we loved the large windows overlooking the mountains and the woods. I would love to return."
